When you contact Forstrix, request an assessment, or use live chat, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and message. We may also collect basic device, browser, referral, and campaign information used to operate and improve the website.
We use submitted information to respond to requests, provide information about services, maintain business records, improve the website, protect against misuse, and measure lead sources and website performance.
Forstrix forms are submitted to Forstrix systems and stored before customer relationship management synchronization is attempted. Lead records may then be synchronized to HubSpot for follow-up. HubSpot also provides analytics and live chat under its applicable terms and privacy practices. Other infrastructure providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver the website.
HubSpot and related services may use cookies or similar technologies for form attribution, chat functionality, analytics, and campaign measurement. Browser settings can be used to limit cookies, although some website features may not work as intended.
We retain business inquiries for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, legal obligations, and fraud prevention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that Forstrix controls, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also ask us to stop marketing communications.
